Introduction The European Network FOCUS is an association that promotes training and accreditation of workers, employers and professionals of the construction sector on the subject of health and safety. The European Network FOCUS was created in year 2001 as a result of the FOCUS Project developed during the years 1998 to 2000 within the framework of the European program Leonardo da Vinci. From its creation the European Network FOCUS has put all its effort on to create training contents and methodologies. Likewise it has organized several European activities about health and safety and it has participated in numerous congresses and seminars in several European countries.
After a first stage aimed mainly to the health and safety coordination training, at present it orients itself to the creation of training products for workers.
